The local animal shelter is announcing their annual charity golf tournament today. The event takes place next month, and all proceeds will directly benefit the animal shelter.
The shelter has been operating in the city for the past 15 years, and they provide a large number of services. They do adoption drives for stray animals every month, as well as providing free healthcare and exams to local animals.
